Each component of the "Bustle" cake was made from hand using a combination of rolled fondant icing and gum paste materials.  The cake shown above is comprised of four round cake tiers measuring 18, 14, 10, and 7 inches in diameter from bottom to top.  This size cake will serve 325 to 375 guests.  The "Bustle" cake can be modified to suit almost any number of guests.
